Photos: On rock and tree trunks. Co.Cork and Co.Kerry, Ireland. Tufted or layered minute yellowish lobes, whitish below with scattered simple white rhizines. Deeply incised with soredia on margins and sometimes spreading over thallus. Apothecia are infrequent, dirty-yellowish with roughened margins. Found on nutrient-rich bark, fence posts and occasionally on rocks. Rapid coloniser, most records are from the south of Ireland but it appears to be spreading rapidly.
