Pseudocyphellaria citrina (Pseudocyphellaria crocata)

Grey-brown thallus, greener when wet. The smooth lobes become coarsely ridged with yellow soralia that can become confluent. Lower surface with yellow pseudocyphellae. Apothecia very rare.

Very rare, on mossy trees and rocks in damp, sheltered sites.
Medulla and soralia: K+ yellow, P+ orange, UV+ dull orange
