Species: Cladonia fimbriata

Primary thalluse squamulose, secondary thallus fruticose.
Photos: In acid soil among rocks. Ballingeary, Cork, SW Ireland.

Incised, sometimes sorediate squamules. Podetia with smooth slender stalks which open into cups shaped like minature golf-tee's. Cups and stalks covered with very fine grey-greenish soredia.

Common on disturbed earth, rotting wood, walls and banks.
